yesterday, on my feet for nearly 4 hours teaching lab. 1/2 hour break to eat in between, and what did i do? sit and eat? no! it was 70 degrees and partly sunny, so I heated the food and walked outside around the building twice.

then later after the chiro, went to the mall. parked in the middle, then walked from there to the end, to the other end, then back to the middle. more browsing than shopping for several hours.

then to the grocery store and more walking around.

oy did my feet hurt by the end of the day!

BUT.....

the fact that I could do all of that is real testament to all my doctors and what we are doing..... with that said, time to take more supplements!

much more sitting today....which as you all know makes the back hurt much more....all that walking about is actually good for us!

on another note:???? now what did I want to say?

ah yes! steve, i keep hearing radio commercials for this local handyman company. That sounds like a good idea for the jobs we want done but can't do ourselves, either due to lack of time, or lack of physical ability to. That might be an option for you?
