Yesterday on the ferry back from Seattle I was SOOOOOOOOOO stiff and sore, so I thought "I'm gonna stretch like John!" - and it helped SO MUCH! I only stretched for about 5 minutes, but got the mobility back in my hip enough to walk off to the boat to my friend's car.
