Good job walking, running, kayaking, cycling, and moving everyone!!! cheerleader

I've been learning restorative yoga. I can't do all the movements, but just trying is really improving my joint function.

I'm still doing the elliptical a few days per week, but layed off of the strength training until I get better joint function. Swimming e/o day for 30-40 minutes. Doing more backstroke and trying to learn the "frog" stroke to strengthen my long spine muscles.

This remission has been great and also challenging. It took me 4+ months to titrate off of cymbalta, 1 month to titrate off of flexaril, and now I'm starting a 10 month taper off of clonezepam. SHEESH!

I still have all day pain though the severity is decreased by 10X, and not the sickness that I used to have either... as long as I stay off of the foods I'm allergic to.

My goal is to be super fit in a year so that if I ever have another regression, I'll have the best base to start from. This last 7+ year episode came on when I was NOT in great condition, and I don't want that to ever happen again.

Go TEAM! clap
