OK, march is going to be the month of walking every day! smile

well, 2 days in a row now, so far so good. smile

walked 1 mile in 25 minutes. inside due to the cold and uncleared sidewalks, but near windows ½ of the way and a semi-blue sky and i could even see the sun some. smile

saturday i planned to walk as we had blue blue skies, but i ended up napping instead. but the 30 minute drive in the car, got to enjoy the blue skies.

Erica, what you describe is why i gave up swimming, yoga classes, etc....seems like its best for me to keep it simple as not to flare something up...thus walking, and when the weather gets nicer, getting on my bike....i should do yoga at home more. yes
