ok, i'll add in a walk/run distance/time and a bike distance/time and if anyone adds to those, i'll keep going, otherwise, i'll just happily cheer on the swimmers smile

so, this weekend:

walk: 3 miles, 70 minutes

bike: 8 miles, 40 minutes

today? its so hot out, sure would be a good day to be in a body of water, but walking or biking along one will have to suffice. cool2
