may be able to start taking walks again soon, sure hope so! back spasms almost done i think!

so instead, lots of stretching stretching stretching! while on floor, while tv is on, so i do it for long periods of time, did that last night for quite awhile, felt good!

but do miss the walking, haven't done it now for 2 weeks plus......but soon.....patience! at least the SI joint has given me experience on how to proceed in healing this mid back thing as quickly as possible: rest, ice and heat, ultrasound, and soft tissue work by chiro. just last friday, so bad i could hardly stand it, now, finally today, first day mostly comfortable back there, ribs still a bit tender, muscle still wants to fatigue a bit, but amazing how far it has come in less than a week!
