I swim one hour (non-stop) every day at the local pool. I don't count laps, because I'm in the dive tank and I alternate between strokes and treading. I also cycle to and from the pool now that spring has come. Not far, maybe a kilometre. On weekends I cycle a lot more.

I have this new rule whereby I either walk or cycle to the grocery store and only bring back (and eat) what I can carry.
