Thanks. Yeah I basically have almost no or minimal AS pains for about 4-5 days a week now, even with the massive carb increase. The greatest improvements are in my SI joint area. At first I had a lot of issues with pain at the bottom of my feet as well as making deep breaths and limited chest expansion. Now those issues seem to be disappearing too. My flexibility is much better. Beats the daily pain I had before. I was worried that after I run it, I will need to keep running to feel this good. I guess I'm not the only one.
