Wednesday:
3pm: 30 min. on my new spinning bike. 6pm: 20 min. warmup, 6,5km slow jog at 43 minutes and 15 min. swimming to cool down. 11pm: 20 minutes spinning. 20 min. prone and general strenght excercises.
