Wow Edwin one hour swimming every day is impressive.I'm not sure I could swim for that long, mentally or physically.

I've been swimming two days per week, but am planning to increase it to three days per week. I've been very conservative about increasing the swimming for fear of aggravating my joints too much - as it is I sometimes have sore ankles or wrists or ribs the next day.

I currently work at home on Wednesdays, so have a mid-week swim and then another swim in the weekend. If I want to add another day it would be at the end of a full day at work plus bus ride to the pool near home - it will be interesting to see how I cope with that, but plan to try on Friday.


AS, IBS, reflux oesophagitis and dysphagia, PCOS/insulin resistance, asthma...
Currently managing my AS with humira, methotrexate, low starch diet and exercises. Also taking omeprazole, metformin etc.
