I have been dealing with my A.S. for over 16 years. I started posting yoga routines, exercises, chi gung on you tube that I personally do to help my A.S. symptoms. I figured many people may not have access to exercise or yoga in there areas that can help A.S.

My A.S. has chnaged my level of yoga but I do it my way amd still love it. I used to be a personal trianer, did 12 years of martial arts and I am a yoga instructor. i plan to post more routines so if you want something specific leave me feedback and I will try to specific videos.
