Last night I was thinking I didn't want to get up early to run in the morning. Then the guy I run with asked if I could go at 5:25. I said I am in. Got up early got dressed in my running attire. Then I got a text saying he was not going. The other guy I run with is out of town. I thought about going back to bed, but thought I am in my running clothes might as well head out. 3.1 miles of running later I was back home again.
