Hey Buggie!

Class is called Muscle reinforcement!
It certainly gets you stretching!
Last night we used an elasticated band which you hook onto one foot and hold the other end in your hand - you can also have in just in your hands to pull apart etc!
It's a hard class and it is different every week, working on different parts of the body. It always has plenty of cardio warm up and stretching for cooling down though.
I have to ignore everyone else and take things at my own pace!
