Good job walking, running, lab cleaning, Emily holding, swimming, biking, all the other fun things we do to MOVE IT OR LOSE IT!!!

I did the DUMBEST thing. Volunteered to serve on the board of my HOA just in time to find out we are noncompliant in almost EVERY area we could possible be... uff.

Monday we have an insurance inspector flying in from L.A. to inspect the whole premises.

My niece is in town from NYC though, and she is the bright spot in my week.

I walked a bit yesterday, and a bit today, and swam 650 yds today.
