when you walk 5-10 minutes in one direction for a taco for lunch, change your mind most of the way there and decide its more of a soup day, walk back to your building (5-10 minutes) and then another 5-10 minutes to the soup place, and then take the soup back to your building for a meeting;

you can walk 30 minutes (~1 mile) just to go grab some lunch.
