6.2 miles (10K) of running this morning. I am trying to increase my distance Lon so I can run up there. What altitude are you at.

I was watching Dancing with the stars last night. My neighbors daughter is one of the professional dancers on the show. I keep thinking I would like to take some dance lessons.
