Went swimming again last Friday 30 lengths (25m) 20 mins

Yesterday walked up hill we've been warmer in winter!
Also did a shorter 'after dinner' walk.

Lu still not back to being ridden and I am definitely feeling it in lack of suppleness.


NSD almost all the way
