and the way you do it is as it should be. i will learn to turn off email, internet, and get some work done. you're right, at work during the day, too many interruptions. at home should be better, i just need to be better.

no walking today, hamstring tendon entheses too inflamed, walking just makes them worse, don't want to set them back to where they were in 2006 where i was literally off my feet for about 6-8 weeks. but LDN has often healed them up in the last year when i started to worry about them going downhill. here's to LDN! chiro suggested upping the stretching so the muscles aren't pulling on those tendons so much! so tonight instead, did my band exercises about 10 minutes and good stretching about 30 minutes.
