this evening, walked, ~1.5 miles, ~35 minutes.........

hamstring tendons still a bit inflamed, just from a half hour of walking on concrete at the university the other day. the chiro did some A.R.T. on them and that is helping them recover a little faster, that and my LDN. when the chiro worked on them, my IT band was so tight.......

i think there's now beavers in the pond closer to the road and the farmer tried to clear the brush around the pond, but now the dirt road between the pond and the stream is awfully narrow, think they messed up.

they planted some sort of grain, oats i think, so soon the field will be turning a pretty golden color.
