Nodding yes. I was thinking about your torn rotator cuff again today when I was swimming, and being very conscious of my form. I swam 10 laps, and I couldn't get my back to loosen up, so I got in the hot tub on the jets for 10 minutes. Then swam the last 10 laps. Back in the jets for 5. I'm being VERY careful, and yesterday I just rested.

This spondy monster is out to get me, but I will win the war! devil2
