hugss everybody.

i was telling the chiro this morning that if i seemed a bit grumpy, it was because i woke up especially "physically grumpy".

told my husband this morning that one of the excuses i have for staying up so late is that if i'm not in a flare or don't have a particularly hard day, i feel much better in the second half of the day as i do in the first half of the day, so i like to make my second half longer!

some mornings / days are just harder than others!

last night, didn't get home til 8:45 pm, not sure how much time i had for a walk. but love this time of year! was still able to walk 1.5 miles, 30 minutes before it got dark. love that it doesn't get really dark until after 9:30 pm!
