Yesterday I went skiing. I was coming down a steep run, and it was icy. I fell down. It was not a hard fall. Then I started to slide down the mountain head first. I was thinking I have got to get my skis in front of me so that I can stop. I finally got my skis in front. The skis dug into the ice. Instead of stopping it spun me around so my head was in front again. I continued on my journey down the mountain head first. I put my arms out front because near the bottom there was a sign that said "Slow". I thought I might hit it. Luckily I missed the sign, but didn't stop till I was at the bottom of the run. It was a good day on the slopes.

This morning I ran 3 miles.
