Triathlon, yes its the running which puts me off the idea.

I forgot to say. I went to the hospital on Tuesday for my Remicade (Infliximab) and found that in the last 6 months I have lost 12 kilos or 28 pounds or 2 stone (whichever you prefer). Last night a girl called me mini Fergus. Life is goood. Enjoy

As for me:
Today I swam for 1 hour
Yesterday I walked for 1.5 hours and helped my niece clean house for 1.5 hrs.
Day before nada
Tuesday I swam 1600 meters, 100 as fast as I could go... [2 minutes - no laughing Fergus or Dow!]
Before that I can't remember.
