I have been swimming twice and yoga once.
Yoga was hard again some of the exercises involved the knees with squats from standing and such like. Ouch!
I think I need to find some YouTube videos so I can practice inbetween times! I can remember some of the routines but don't want to just launch into it as they will have all been done in a specific order to warm the muscles up before progressing through the routines

I think the good weather has come to an end and we have descended to murky darkness and drizzle. The autumn colours have been fabulous we haven't had a strong wind to blow them away, however this morning on my way out the lane was covered in leaves. There must have been a wind in the night.
