Been away for a week.

Weather not brilliant but managed two mountain walks 10 miles each 3,000+ feet and snow yippee not seen any yet this year to speak of. I would post a picture of the view from the first one (in the clouds the second walk) if I could but last time I tried as per instructions using dropbox and it didn't work.

Two contrasting days one crampons needed the other soft snow. Pulled various muscles one just below my shoulder blade and one in my shoulder possibly from hauling up a heavy rucksack. Also one in my chest maybe from heavy breathing laugh

Today went swimming first thing 30 lengths AND walked the hill at lunchtime smile

No dairy hard cheeses occasionally and homemade ghee
Still trying to work out what makes me tick and what makes me drop
