I think its great that no matter how many times we are knocked down, we get up and try again. You were just doing that. heart

I think its commendable to test our limits. Though the end results are definitely not worth it.

Anyway, the weather held out this weekend and was able to walk:

1 mile, 20 minutes each day.

but also yesterday housework kept me on my feet moving around.

and today, went to the farm market and orchard, then potted herbs that I bought last week. This year I compromised and put them in planters and pots instead of in the ground cause that was a bit easier on my body. Though now on Humira, maybe next year I can have my in the ground herb garden again.

the nice thing with the Humira is that I can walk, stand, etc, and there truly is no inflammation in my feet, for the first time in how many years? I can't tell you when they have felt like this. And I just keep thinking, now I understand why others don't seem to have a problem standing in lines, etc. It's not supposed to hurt. Duh!
