walked 1.5 miles all told and that was too much.

strained a tendon/ligament earlier this week stretching up on my toes to reach something. bothered me a little then. more now.

this area was torn in the past, so a weak spot. couldn't walk for 5 months last time, couldn't take a walk or do any other exercise for a year.

hoping that it won't get worse. may have to keep asking parking / security at work to park my car til they get it that a handicapped person may not be able to walk a quarter to a half mile. argh, universities!

i go to the mall, the grocery store, the doctors, the local museum. in all cases can park 50 feet or less from the door.

but universities think that if we can go to school or be gainfully employed, then we are 100% healthy. either they just don't care, or they are so out of touch with reality it ain't funny.
