blackberry picking in the back field. ~1 mile, ~ 1 hour.

prickly stickers, poison ivy on the paths, mosquitos, and not so distant thunder.....but at least no snakes! thank goodness for that!

then, from the back porch, watched the lightning, the clouds, listened to the thunder of the storm, ~2-3 miles away, based on the time between the lightning and the thunder.
