Lin and I went to NW Washington, near Seattle, to help our daughter get her house ready to sell. We did yard work, scrapped and painted the house:Piled wood and wrestled with 45# Wyatt.
I doubled pain meds, and did take two naps, but the Lord helped me get through. I have always known that I need to do something after dinner, rather than just sit, but it can be difficult to move when I am so tired.

You guys are the best. Go Team Go!
