I have been walking every morning for about 80 minutes. When I first started my exercise program I was doing about 2 1/2 hrs a day. When I reached my goal weight after I have been able to maintain for the last 5 months. I just reached my one year of this walking exercise. Numbers this morning on blood sugar was 81- Blood pressure was 104/60 with a heart rate of 49. When I started Blood sugars were in the 130-150 Blood pressure was 150/80 heart rate around 75. I need to put up another picture I am 100 lbs down from the one on site.
