Recently I've decided to train for a 5k that was about 3 months away (now 2). I had given up running for almost half a year. I started small and worked my way up about 1/4 a mile each run (about 4-5 times a week). I'm currently at about 3 miles, 4-5 times a week and my pain levels have dropped more than half what they were, down to about a 1-2. I sleep a lot better. I have seem to have more pain free days now too. Still don't take any drugs and no diet. The Turmeric supplements did nothing for me. I'm just glad I can get back into shape again.
