Yesterday I was going to go skiing in the morning so I could get out of the bad air in the valley, but my wife said she needed my help in the morning. So I thought I would make a run in American Fork canyon, but then my son needed the truck to go snow boarding. Off to the gym I went 1 hour on the elliptical.

Erika, I go to the Gold's gym on weekdays it is next door to where I work. I have never used the pool there. I usually change there and go running outside, or if the weather is bad then I use the elliptical there. I lift a little bit of weights there.
