Yesterday evening, we took a walk around sunset because the day had been so hot and muggy (that's why we waited til the sun was almost down).

There were lots of clouds in the sky, but enough clear sky by the horizon that it was a beautiful sunset with red, orange, and pink clouds. So pretty

Walked a mile, ~25 minutes

Steve: hoping that either you can run again, even if for shorter distances, or you can walk in the places you used to run and enjoy that just as much in time. I used to run when I was younger and was definitely addicted to it myself, so I can understand how you miss it. I can't run anymore, but do enjoy the walks, especially if I take my camera. I also enjoy biking (along the canal...I should do that more), but I'm assuming that's probably out for you. Walking is nice though....though its not the same as running, I get that. heart
