Hi everyone smile

Only one muscle in my lower back still wants to go into spasm, so got out and walked around the yard a bit.

First taking photos, then went in the back field to see the sassafras tree; yellow this year, red last year. Love the three shapes of the leaves.

The birds were all over; with binoculars could see tons of juncos and various sparrows (none of the nasty house sparrows) - juncos, an indication of migration, no wonder there were so many.

Such a nice fall day. Cloudy at first, then started to drizzle a bit. Cool, but not cold. All the colors started to show: purple asters, dusky pink hydrangea, deep brick red sedum, yellow/orange/red maples.
