Hi, I just registered today, this is my FIRST post! I was only diagnosed with AS last week and it's still all very overwhelming for me. I am very interested in this diet and pleased to see all the success stories, it gives me hope. I have just ordered Carol Sinclair's Low Starch book as a place to start.
