Thanks everyone for your input. It was great to read through all the posts again and get more ideas. Reading this reminds me that I can keep doing NSD.


So I've been no starch, no dairy, no white sugar except dark choc and fruit for a while now and still pretty bad off. I was craving sweetness yesterday and so I had some dark chocolate, a handful of craisins and 2 small clementine oranges as my lunch, and a slice of apple after dinner. With the cravings (I only want fruit) I'm suspecting candidiasis, so today no fruit and no chocolate.

I have tasted a plain cranberry before, SOUR! But my favorite little craisins are soooo sweet, there is probably quite a lot of sugar added to make them taste so good. I bought mine in bulk so I have no ingredient label.

lunch-lettuce wrap sandwich with chicken, bacon and real mayo.
snack pumpkin seeds

Dinner-probably roasted chicken and raw baby carrots.
