Thanks Susan for the Healthy Indulgence link - I made the almond flour biscuits last night and they're pretty yummy. The first almond flour goody I've liked!
So that was breakfast - Broiled biscuit with cherry preserves and a red delicious apple lunch - canned tuna (packed in olive oil, salt NO veg. broth) pumpkin seeds, another apple; making Tacos for dinner - mine sans tortilla, so basically herb seasoned ground beef, shredded cabbage and various other veggies to to toss with it.
