Two eggs over easy
3 slices fresh side meat
cup of coffee

Lunch
Tossed Salad vinegar&oil
Dinner
Chicken cooked in coconut oil, two mushrooms, tabasco, and Bragg liquid aminos.
Toss in olives,celery,broccoli, green oinions, Cauliflower(if it does not turn black) just long enough to warm. Serve it up, my wife has started requesting this one.
Snacked on green grapes today.
