I'm thinking "healing time" is important too. This disease is like having many injuries at once that get reinjured every night while sleeping. I wouldn't expect a bad 2 year old sprain to heal over night either. I'm giving it as much time as it takes. I think it is getting easier.

I broke down and with my 10 yr. old daughter's help, made my famous homemade breadsticks for the family yesterday. They haven't seen those in 8 months! It wasn't hard to resist, and my habit of throwing stuff in my mouth without thinking is broken.

Question: what about corn syrup in soda? I wonder if that affects us from a starch point of view. And do any of you chew wrigley's gum?

breakfast: piece of bacon
lunch:chicken salad (mayo, pickles, lemon juice)
dinner: the inside of a carne asada burrito: steak, tomatoes, onions, cilantro

snack: nsd choc cake made with agave syrup instead of sugar.
