Breakfast:
-Turkey Kielbassa slices (I have never found a bacon that doesnt contain starch)
-Fried Eggs
-Kamut toast with apple butter
-Decaf coffee or tea with honey

Lunch:
-Organic roasted red pepper and tomato soup (Imagine brand - seems to be starch free).
-Oat crackers with cheese. (I can tolerate this in moderation)
-Glass of milk.

Dinner:
-Chicken Fried in a coating of parmesan and Kamut flour
-Chopped swiss chard sauteed in garlic and olive oil
-Red wine

Dessert:
-Couple squares of pure dark chocolate
-More red wine, hahah
