You really don't look like you're eating very much. I worry that you're not getting enough fruits and vegies. I eat tons of leafy greens and I usually eat fruit twice a day. I try to vary the greens because I have a tendency to develop new food allergies if I eat the same food all the time so I vary between swiss chard, spinach, lettuce, collard greens and kale mostly. And I try to add parsley or cilantro occasionally to get added food/vitamins. Fruit is usually berries, grapes or cherries. Those seem the safest to me, especially in the winter. I haven't seen anyone having a problem with greens and encourage you to add more of those to your diet. We don't want you to wither away!
