I was gone most of the day, so had to be portable:
breakfast smoothie (frozen org. berries, rice protein pwdr, MSM and Vit C pwdr, kombucha tea) and almond bread with almond butter

lunch: spinach salad
snack: Organic Food Bar (I'm addicted)

dinner: roasted chicken, raw veggies with just a hint of hummus
