Breakfast: Strawberries with coconut flakes
2nd Breakfast: left over chicken with baby bokchoy sauted in EVOO.
Snack: a few dried figs
Lunch: Salad with green lettuce, chicken, cucumbers, kalamata olives, dill and olive oil.
Snack: macadamia nuts, honeydew melon.
Dinner: Salmon and brocolli flavored with olive oil and sea salt.
Supplements: Ester C, Vit B, probiotics, Vit E, L-Glutamine, Fish oil, Calcium/magnesium,Vit D.
