I really hope that heisenbug's suggestion that certain clostridia groups of bacteria are shown to have good starch degrading capability in vitro is true. In hopes of healing my gut, I drink bone broth, 10-35grams of L-glutamine, collagen, gelatine1-2tbs/day and attempt to avoid stress as mush as possible. I'm taking away from mdheal.org that GSH and N-acetyl cystine might be worthy additions. Thoughts?
