been on LDN for 3 months. if it is doing anything, this is what i think it is doing: i still get the inflammation. if i am on my feet too long, they hurt. if i type too much or do too much kitchen work, my wrists hurt. my SI will flare, my hamstring tendons will flare. but, i think my body "heals" itself faster now than it did before. the inflammation goes away faster if i "rest up: than it did before. so i'm wondering if LDN doesn't prevent the inflammation but rather helps the body get rid of it faster? just a thought based on what i think i am experiencing, the same inflammation and pain from overusing, overdoing, but recovering more quickly, or so it seems.

has anyone else noticed this sort of thing?

still, i'd like a drug that prevents the inflammation in the first place.....
