I find this a little suspect that candida will nullify the medication's effect. I'm not saying that it can't or won't, but it just doesn't seem to jive. The medication has effects against many cancers and AIDS, yet many with those diseases suffer from terrible candida yeast/fungal problems. Perhaps their fungal issues stem from a combination of the disease and medications which they are utilizing for treatment. However, LDN is supposed to modulate the immune system, therefore I would tend to think that it would help keep levels of candida yeast in check. Something on which I need to keep an eye.
Yes, I'm currently finishing up my second month of fluconazole with plans to start a third month. My doctor was able to get me to give up all sugars for awhile and currently allows me only a little bit in my diet.
Kind Regards, Jay
