If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.
Quote: I've been trying to learn more on LDN and asked on another thread, but is anyone taking LDN that is also taking anti-tnf's? Is there any reason why you wouldn't be able to take both? If the theory behind LDN is that it turns on only the good parts of your immune system, and the theory behind tnf's is that it turns off the bad parts of your immune system, then to me it sounds like the perfect combination! I'm sure, however, that it falls short of being just that - but I don't want to start it if they're both going to cancel out each other, and I can't afford to get off of the Enbrel and suffer more to experiment with something that is still in a very experimental stage.
Also, another consideration with modifying the body's production of endorphins is that, like in drug addicts, once the body becomes used to a substance modifying it's production of endorphins then when the said substance is removed your body may not be capable of producing it on it's own or in the right amounts leading to a dangerous crash. That is actually the physical cause behind the withdrawals that addicts fight with.
Something to consider, I suppose - but if it really works in treating AS I'd probably let someone cut off my pinky
I believe once on LDN you have to take it forever to keep the disease away/stopped. In low dose formulation LDN does not do exactly the same thing as it does with drug addicts....so the 'crash' will not be the same.
