I know that if it weren't for me being on LDN right now, I would be begging for some prednisone. I have very mild AS symptoms right now compared to before. I'm not perfect yet, but I can do pretty much anything I want to right now, ie: I have a pretty good quality of life right now. I hope I will see more from LDN, but I also plan to add in a low starch diet and more exercise and then I will see if I can find even more improvement. I am cherishing being on a drug that "boosts" my immune system rather than turning it off. Maybe its mental, but that right there is worth gold to me.
