I was established on 3Gr for years, but over an almost 3 month period (all but 18 of the tabs) I had increased to 4 1/2 grain, and contemplating going up to 6Gr after bloods PLUS, I had added and slowly increased to 60mcg T3 before someone on a thyroid forum gave the alert -!!!!!!!!!! Members who found and took some older style soft Armour regained the benefits within 2 days.
