If you want to use this QR code (Quick Response code) just save the image and paste it where you want. You can even print it and use it that way. Coffee cups, T-Shirts etc would all be good for the QR code.
• Still have the insomnia...better than it was at the start, but troublesome nonetheless • Still good on my feet (from a pain perspective) • Feet are puffy (need to look into this one a little more as I solely had attributed this problem exclusively to the Tegretol which was discontinued many months ago) • Energy levels are great (relatively speaking) • Still troubled by these cognitive annoyances • Still have slight trembles, twitches, and general gaffs regarding coordination at too high a frequency
Seeing a new doctor later in the week. He is a prescriber of LDN, so maybe he can help shed some light on some of this issues. Overall, these are relatively minor inconveniences and I'm hopeful that things will eventually reach a point where I revert back to the relief I experienced during the first few days on the medication.
Will report at day 80.
Kind Regards, Jay

Was the government to prescribe to us our medicine and diet, our bodies would be in such keeping as our souls are now. - Thomas Jefferson
