Day 40 @ 4.5mg

• Still have the insomnia...better than it was at the start, but troublesome nonetheless
• Still good on my feet (from a pain perspective)
• Feet are puffy (need to look into this one a little more as I solely had attributed this problem exclusively to the Tegretol which was discontinued many months ago)
• Energy levels are great (relatively speaking)
• Still troubled by these cognitive annoyances
• Still have slight trembles, twitches, and general gaffs regarding coordination at too high a frequency

Seeing a new doctor later in the week. He is a prescriber of LDN, so maybe he can help shed some light on some of this issues. Overall, these are relatively minor inconveniences and I'm hopeful that things will eventually reach a point where I revert back to the relief I experienced during the first few days on the medication.

Will report at day 80.

Kind Regards,
Jay
